Experience a powerful and transformative approach to meditation with this Active Meditation Workshop. Designed to reduce stress, calm the mind, and create a deeper sense of presence, this workshop combines movement, and stillness to help you access your energy, release emotional blocks, and find inner clarity.
Workshop Schedule

What to Expect
The active meditation is divided into four distinct phases, each lasting 15 minutes. We’ll begin with shaking and dancing, releasing stored tension and freeing up energy within the body. This dynamic movement encourages relaxation, emotional release, and a natural flow of energy. In the final stages, we’ll shift to stillness and guided relaxation, allowing you to fully integrate the experience.The first two phases are accompanied by music to guide the rhythm of the body. You’ll be encouraged to let the movements happen naturally, tuning into how your body feels without forcing any action. It’s a space to release, express, and simply be.

Additional Details
This workshop is a phone-free space to promote focus and presence. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring something warm. Avoid eating one hour before the session for optimal comfort.
