For me, yoga is an invitaton to come home to yourself – through movement, breath, and connection.
My classes are rooted in an embodied approach, combining dynamic Vinyasa flow with breathwork, meditation and grounding. Expect energising sequences that build strength, soundscapes that invite you deeper into the practice, and moments of stillness to reconnect with yourself. Whether through movement or sound, I invite students to explore with curiosity, intention, and compassion what feels true in their own body.
Before becoming a yoga teacher, I spent several years training professionals in negotiation and mediation and facilitating dialogues to resolve conflict. These experiences taught me how to hold space with presence, clarity, and openness. Today, I bring those same qualities into my teaching.
Curious, dedicated, and always learning, I’m passionate about creating practices that leave you feeling stronger in your body, steadier in your mind, and more connected to yourself.
Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, present, and connected.
I teach Vinyasa Flow on Fridays at 17.30.
